Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Vanity Hair Solutions (1105 South Orem Blvd, Orem, UT 84058) collects when you use vanityhairsolutions.com, buy from us, or join our list, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you order. Your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address and payment details, entered on Stripe’s checkout. We receive the order details and your contact and shipping information. We never see or store your full card number.
When you join our list. Your name, email address and, if you choose to give it, your phone number, entered in the sign-up form on our offer pages or in a newsletter form.
When you write to us. What you send through a contact or wholesale form or by email.
Automatically. Pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and the page that referred you, collected by the analytics and advertising tools below.

How we use it

To fill and ship your order, send receipts and the digital guide, and answer your questions.
To tell you about new Vanity products, if you joined our list. You can unsubscribe from any email using the link in it, and reply STOP to any text.
To understand how the site is used and to measure whether our advertising works.
To prevent fraud and meet legal and tax obligations.

Email and text messages

We email you only if you gave us your address by ordering or joining the list. We text you only if you gave us your number and ticked the box agreeing to texts. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or email us and we will remove you.

Analytics, advertising and cookies

We use Google Analytics (G-6XJH06DW4P, G-BVWS1RTCLB) to understand how the site is used, and Google Ads conversion measurement (AW-18177246551) to see which visits lead to an order.

We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to measure the results of our ads and to show ads to people who visited the site. When you place an order, we also send Meta the order value and a scrambled (hashed) version of your email address, so it can match the order to an ad. These tools set cookies or similar identifiers and send Meta and Google information about your visit. You can block them in your browser settings, opt out of personalised ads in your Meta and Google ad settings, or use a browser or extension that blocks trackers.

Recent-purchase notices

Some pages may show a small notice that a recent customer bought a product. It shows only that customer’s first name, their state and the product, for orders that were actually placed, and never a surname, email, address or amount. If you would rather not appear in these notices, email us and we will exclude your order.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe’s own checkout pages, under Stripe’s privacy policy. We do not store full card numbers.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help us run the business: Stripe (payments), our shipping carriers, our email and text providers, Cloudflare (website hosting), and Google and Meta (analytics and advertising, as described above). They may use the data only to provide their service to us, or as their own policies state for their advertising tools. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. We keep list sign-ups until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Your choices and rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, unsubscribe, or opt out of texts at any time. Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws have these rights by law, and we will honour them for everyone. Email info@vanityhairsolutions.com and we will answer within 45 days.

Children

The site is not meant for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above.
